relations. This ensures that every aspect of our team, from
crowd safety stewards and SIA license holders through to our
hospitality staff, reach and maintain the
standards that not only our clients expect but the standards
that we as employers demand.
This ethos stems firmly from the company’s Management Team:
Neil Holdstock
In his tenth year in the security and events industries,
Neil is the Operations Manager for the company. One of the founding Partners;
Neil has made his priority the clients of the business, aiming
to give a personal tailored service to all our customer accounts.
Building strong relationships with our clients has been priority,
enabling the precise needs of differing clients to be met.
This close company-customer relationship
is crucial in allowing AES to bring a high class service to all
it’s clients; from the conception stages, through the planning, realisation
and to the debriefing of every event.
Stuart Chamberlain
With a background in customer service and marketing along
with a varied experience of events and security over the last
8 years, Stuart has gained the knowledge of many types of
events and how to make them happen
both succesfully and safely from start to finish.
As a founder partner of AES focusing on the HR and financial
side of the company, Stuart ensures that AES continues to run
professionally and that our staff are kept to the high standard
that we are proud of and our clients expect.
Sam Harrison
Sam is the newest addition to our Management Team. Concerned
with both events and sales sides of the business; Sam supplements
the role of the Operational Manager by not only engaging
with the client through all stages of their events, but also
the “on the ground” running of our events.
Having gained invaluable corporate
experience in London, coupled with
wide ranging experience in the private event sector, he has been
a successful addition to the AES Management Team mixing his people
skills with the necessary endeavour to produce fantastic results.
